This research deals with obstacles to the export development of small and medium enterprises in Algeria, and this is based on a set of statistics, diagnosed export situation for small and medium enterprises Algerian.

Therefore, we will show, with scientific evidence, the imbalances that make the export process outside the hydrocarbons sector undeveloped.

We will also present the most important solutions to be undertaken,In order to develop export operations for small and medium enterprises, and to eliminate many problems and obstacles as possible.
