Joint master's degree programs experience of kyiv national economic University and the University of redlands business School

Internationalization is the major phenomenon that all our life fields are converging to, and the higher education isn't spared from it, because of the growing demand in the international economic activities and intercultural understanding.

We can site numerous shapes of international education such as study abroad, individual study visits, teaching abroad and conferences and dual and joint degree programs… but in our paper we want to highlight one of those shapes mentioned previously, we will describe the experience of the joint master's degree programs between the Kyiv National Economic University and the University of Redlands Business School.

Hopefully our higher education system can use this strategy to overtake many challenges and take advantage from the diversity that can be provided, by following the example given in this paper.
