Abstract EN

Artificial intelligence and big data analysis is one of the emerging technologies that resulted in a new phase of the Industry Revolution, the fourth Industry Revolution.

Our study aims to provide the theoretical intellectual and scientific framework of data and artificial intelligence and the great role of analysis techniques that play and try at what extent their contribution to digital transformation.

This smart electronic government lives up to the aspirations of the citizens of the United Arab Emirates.

The researchers has used the descriptive analytical method associated with the case study, and they have concluded that artificial intelligence and big data predict a change in the concept of services and various businesses and practices towards smarter, more accurate and less expensive methods.

Moreover, our research brings to conclusion that it is necessary to put future strategies which correspond to the new events and its consequences pertinent to smart technologies.
