This paper aims to shed light on the role of vocational rehabilitation programs offered to individuals with special needs in achieving economic sufficiency by working and engaging in a profession, craft or job and continuing with it.

Physical, mental, social, professional, self- realization, restoring their self-confidence, achieving appropriate adaptation and mutual respect between them and the members of society as productive individuals in it.

In addition, the vocational rehabilitation programs offered to this category of individuals will contribute to assisting in the exercise of their rights, especially in the field of obtaining work that is commensurate with their preparations and capabilities
