The reformists in Algeria took care of the Algerian women's issues and concerns, believing in her status and effective role in society, and in addition to calling to reform her conditions, teach her and link her with the teachings of her religion, they did not neglect to address many issues and discourses about foreign customs, society and the Islamic religion that afflicted Muslims, and perhaps one of the most important of these The issues are the issue of unpreparedness and the call for the liberation of women by removing the hijab as a symbol of backwardness and a form of slavery and restrictions imposed on women's freedom, which then spread inside and outside Algeria, especially at the end of the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century.

According to explicit and definitive rulings mentioned in the Holy Quran, this contribution seeks, with the help of Allah, to clarify the opinion of the Algerian reformers who rejected the issue of calling for opacity and confronted the Westernization trend, and through it we try to clarify their position and how they interacted with the issue of unforgiveness? How did they see women's freedom and how did they defend it?
