The rapid development of modern ICTs has helped to popularize the use of the educational process, alleviate its financial burdens, educators have benefited from it in preparing human capital, filling the gap between the teacher and the learner that was the first obstacle to distance learning, and helped to break free from the traditional barriers However, the distance learner is supposed to persevere in the product of the educational process and not on communication technology.
