This study aims to identify the teaching practices practiced by faculty members at Al-Bal?a Applied University from the perspective of students, as well as the impact of some variables on the degree of practice among faculty members at Al-Bal?a Applied University.

It sought to answer the following key ?uestion: What teaching practices are practiced by faculty members at Al-Bal?a Applied University? The researcher used the descriptive approach through the survey method using a ?uestionnaire, the validity and reliability of which were verified.

The researcher used a random cluster sample and reached the following results: The most practiced teaching practices at Al-Bal?a Applied University from the students? point of view were in the field of communication and interaction and the least practiced were in the field of teaching methods.

The students of Al-Bal?a Applied University are dissatisfied with the use of faculty members of traditional teaching methods sometimes, especially in scientific colleges, as well as with that the methods of evaluation are still traditional.

There are no statistically significant differences in the actual teaching practices of faculty members at Al-Bal?a Applied University from the viewpoint of students attributed to se? and academic level.

There are statistically significant differences in the actual teaching practices of faculty members at Al-Bal?a Applied University from the viewpoint of students attributed to speciali?ation.

The study recommended the need for faculty members to change traditional teaching methods and follow the trend towards the use of ICT in university teaching, in addition to the use of modern teaching techni?ues, such as: mobile education and inverted classroom.

The researcher recommends: ? Holding workshops for faculty members regarding good teaching practices in light of ?uality assurance standards in university teaching.

? Inviting faculty members to follow teaching methods that contribute to achieving teaching effectiveness.

? The necessity of training faculty members on the re?uirements of appropriate educational situations for the use of teaching aids and techni?ues and diversification in the use of modern teaching methods.

? Holding professional development programs to develop the performance of faculty members and providing faculty members with the opportunity to join these training programs.
