Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable prophets and messengers, Muhammad bin Abdullah, and all his family and companions, and after: This is a research entitled: (Al-Maliki jurisprudence and its impact on French law); It includes an introduction to the importance of the research, its causes and objectives, the research plan and its scientific method.

Then two topics; The first topic: a brief definition of the Maliki jurisprudence and its most important features; It contains three demands that talk about the emergence of the Maliki jurisprudence, its founder, and the most famous of its figures, and the principles and rules on which it was built, with emphasis on his attention to strictness and organization and the most famous literature on this.

As for the second topic, it deals with talking about the influence of Maliki jurisprudence on contemporary laws.

By explaining the concern of the Maliki jurisprudence with the two greatest foundations of contemporary laws and regulations; It is the sent interest and custom; Then a statement of the reasons for the emergence of French law and how it was affected by the Maliki jurisprudence, with models and examples, then a statement of the influence of all Arab and international laws and regulations on French law and following its example.

The research was written according to the scientific methodology used in research, with reference to the original sources in this aspect and benefiting from modern specialized studies.
