Arabic Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر العدالة التنظيمية (العدالة التوزيعية، العدالة الإجرائية، و العدالة في التعامل على الرضا الوظيفي في مجمع المناصير الصناعي في الأردن و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ؛ اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الكمي.
حيث تم توزيع الإستبانة الكترونياً على 247 موظف من مختلف المسميات و الدرجات الوظيفية في شركة مجمع المناصير الصناعي.
و تم إجراء تحليل خطي متعدد الإختبار الفرضيات.
أظهرت نتائج التحليل أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية بين العدالة التنظيمية، العدالة التوزيعية، العدالة في التعامل و الرضا الوظيفي.
و لكن لم تظهر نتائج تحليل البيانات علاقة بين العدالة الإجرائية و الرضا الوظيفي.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تشير نتائج تحليل البيانات الى أن الأهمية النسبية للمتغيرات هي العدالة في التعامل، العدالة التوزيعية، و العدالة الإجرائية بالترتيب.
إستنتاجات الدراسة تشير إلى أن تحسين الإجراءات و الأدوات التي تحفز العدالة التوزيعية و العدالة في التعامل تؤدي الى زيادة الرضا الوظيفي عند الموظفين.
English Abstract
This study aims to investigate the impact of organizational justice (distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice) on job satisfaction at the Manaseer Industrial Complex in Jordan.
In order to achieve the research objectives, the current study adopted the quantitative approach.
Online questionnaire was used to collect data from 247 employees from different managerial levels at Manaseer complex industry.
Multiple regression was undertaken to test the hypotheses.
While the analysis shows positive significant relationship between organizational justice, distributive justice, interactional justice, and job satisfaction, the results shows no relationship between procedural justice and job satisfaction.
In addition, the data shows the relative importance of Interactional justice, distributive justice, and procedural justice, respectively.
In conclusion, the study recommended enhancement of distributive justice and interactional justice tools and dimensions will increase employee’s job satisfaction.
