Traditional craftsmanship and art is the most cherished and precious of treasures of any local territories.
It is the combination of all the accumulated knowledge,competences and know how of this heritage that provides a showcase of appeal in the developing sectors.
The valorisation of territories beit whether peripheral or Central, rural or urban,each and everyone of these above mentioned territories encompasses a specific and distinct patrimonial wealth this in form of both tangible and intangible heritage in addition to a living heritage in craftsmanship and art.
The promotion of the latter is of great importance and plays a vital role in tourist attraction this is in one hand,on the other hand it has a major role in public policies in other words sustainable and durable development, environmentally friendly .
Moreover,while valuing ancestral know-how and knowledge,these types of regions enrich the entrepreneurial players coming out of their marginalization to integrate into the vast world.
Of the ever expanding universal tourism and craft sector.
Traditional artifacts and art production are ever present in museums,private collections,art galleries, trade shows and in both local and national parties.
The revival of the local craftsmanship has given it a fresh breath and a modern look, concequently it contributes towards the local economy creating employment,wealth and revenue The enhancement of the artisanal heritage safeguards the ancestral cultural values as well as the preservation of Identity and memory of each space.
Allover the world nations and societies have their own identity and cultural heritage, therefore it's an obligation to safeguard,protect,value and promote this civilizational heritage through sustainable and durable development in all its different territories before its declining trend becomes irreversible.

L'artisanat traditionnel et d'art est le trésor des territoires locaux.
La réunion de tous les savoir-faire de ce patrimoine est la vraie richesse d'attractivité des espaces en développement.
La valorisation des territoires, périphériques ou centraux, ruraux ou urbains, englobe ces richesses spécifiques telles que les richesses patrimoniales matérielles et immatérielles dont le patrimoine vivant artisanal traditionnel et d'art.
La promotion de ce dernier est une composante essentielle dans l'attractivité des offres touristiques, d'une part et, d'autre part, dans les politique publiques du développement durable et soutenable, c'est-à-dire non polluant de l'environnement ni dégradant les paysages.
Par ailleurs, tout en valorisant ces savoir-faire ancestraux, les territoires enrichissent les acteurs entrepreneurs (artisans et artisanes) sortis des « zones d'ombre », de leur marginalisation pour s'intégrer dans le vaste monde du secteur du tourisme et de l'artisanat de plus en plus mondialisé.
Les productions artisanales traditionnelles et d'art sont présentes dans les musées, les collections privées, les foires et les fêtes locales ou nationales.
Bien mieux, le renouveau de l'économie de l'artisanat local s'est adapté à la modernité.
D'une pierre deux touches, tout en participant à la valorisation des territoires en créant notamment des emplois, des richesses et en distribuant des revenus, la valorisation du patrimoine artisanal sauvegarde les valeurs culturelles ancestrales, ainsi que les identités culturelles et la mémoire de chaque espace.
Il n'existe point de société ni de nation sans patrimoine artisanal identitaire et utilitaire.
D'où l'urgente nécessité de sauvegarder, protéger, valoriser et promouvoir ce référent civilisationnel par le développement durable des territoires avant que son déclin actuel ne devienne irréversible.
