The university calendar is considered one of the vital issues for the development education and Learning processes.

The measurement of performance in higher education helps the educational staff to develop the teaching skills and rise the level of scientific and practical aspirations of society.

It breaks out the negative stereotypes at university educational practice based on indoctrination, dictation, and traditional programs in both experimental sciences, and humanities.

For these reasons the virtual classrooms established through platforms at the University of Tlemcen in light of the Corona pandemic are one of the innovative technological means that contribute significantly to measure performance indicators.

Therefore, we have devoted this study to highlight the experience of virtual classrooms in developing university teaching, and enhancing performance measurement.
