Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الذكاء الثقافي و الحكم الخلقي لدى العاملين في الجامعات الحكومية تبعا لاختلاف الجنس و المستوى الدراسي والخبرة.

و لقد تكونت العينة من (210) أشخاص من العاملين في جامعة مؤتة و تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتاحة.

و الأغراض تطبيق هذه الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتطبيق مقياسين الأول مقياس الذكاء الثقافي المطور و الثاني مقياس الحكم الخلقي المعد من قبل رست.

و قد جاءت نتائج هذه الدراسة تشير إلى أن المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات العاملين في الجامعات الحكومية على مقياس الذكاء الثقافي و على المستوى الكلي جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة.

كما أشارت النتائج أن العاملين في الجامعات الحكومية يقعون ضمن مستوى الحكم الخلقي التقليدي و أظهرت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية على المستوى الكلي بين الحكم الخلقي من جهة و الذكاء الثقافي من جهة أخرى و كانت العلاقة طردية مما يشير إلى أنه كلما ارتفعت مستويات الذكاء الثقافي لدى العاملين في الجامعات الحكومية رافقها زيادة بمستويات الحكم الخلقي و في ضوء هذه الدراسة توصلت الباحثة لمجموعة من التوصيات منها : إجراء دراسات أخرى تربط المتغيرين مع بعضهما على عينات أخرى ، و العمل على إجراء ندوة توضح للعاملين أسباب تدني الحكم الخلقي .

English Abstract

This study aimed to know the relationship between cultural intelligence and moral judgment among workers in public universities, according to the difference in gender, educational level, and experience.

The sample consisted of (210) persons working in the University of Mu'ta, and they were chosen by the available method.

For the purposes of implementing this study, the researcher applied two measures, the first is the developed cultural intelligence scale, and the second is the moral judgment scale prepared by anchor.

The results of this study indicate that the mathematical averages for the responses of workers in public universities on the scale of cultural intelligence and at the macro level came with a high degree.

The results also indicated that workers in public universities fall within the level of traditional moral judgment and the results showed a correlation at the macro level between moral judgment on the one hand and cultural intelligence on the other hand and the relationship was direct, which indicates that the higher the levels of cultural intelligence among workers in government universities accompanied by an increase in levels of moral judgment.

In the light of this study, the researcher reached a set of recommendations, including: conducting other studies linking the two variables with each other on other samples, and working on conducting a seminar explaining to the workers the reasons for low moral judgment.
