Abstract EN

This research ( The internal environment of the organization and its relationship to competitive priorities, a field study in the public company for the implementation of transport projects ), seeks to determine the nature of the relationship between the internal environment and competitive priorities in the public company for the implementation of transport projects.

The main pillar on which organizations rely in order to prove themselves in the surrounding environment.

And because the Iraqi transport sector and its formations are one of the important joints of the components of the Iraqi economy, and as a result of what the Iraqi reality suffers from a series of challenges facing it, including the state of economic stagnation, high unemployment rates, and high consumer expenditures, especially aspects related to the payment of workers' dues from salaries, the researcher decided to apply the field aspect of the study Tagged "the internal environment of the organization and its impact on competitive priorities" in the public company for the implementation of transport projects, which is one of the self-financing companies, and because this company suffers from the difficulty of financial financing to perform its activities and tasks, the current research started from a basic issue that how can the internal environment of the organization and its points Strengths and weaknesses of achieving competitive advantages, Therefore, a deliberate intentional sample consisting of (30) employees from department, division and project managers was selected, and the questionnaire was adopted as a measurement tool with conducting personal interviews.

Spearman's correlation coefficient, using the SPSS-V 20 program, and the data were analyzed to test each of the main and subsidiary hypotheses.
