Abstract EN

This paper discusses the various aspects of work accidents in the company their negative impacts on workers and on the environment and how to prevent them, through a quick review of the literature on the subject.

It also addresses the prevention of accidents and their reduction in the light of the Algerian industrial sector evolution and the labor legislation which accompanied it the most.

Le législateur algérien a accordé une grande attention à la question de la prévention des risques du travail au sein de l'institution et de ses répercussions négatives sur le travailleur et l'environnement et la manière de les prévenir, à travers une revue rapide des notions liées au sujet, et a également abordé les mesures les plus importantes pour prévenir et réduire les accidents du travail à la lumière de l'évolution de l'institution publique en Algérie et de la législation qui l'accompagne dans ce domaine
