Abstract EN

Algeria seeks to develop the penal system by developing the process of punitive execution by adopting methods aimed at achieving its objectives represented in the establishment of convicts, social and health care, as well as by receiving disciplinary programs and evaluation such as job evaluation .

Methods that are humiliating outside of it, like parole and other regulations, and this has been confirmed by rule 66 of the minimum set of rules for the treatment of prisoners, and Algeria thus keeps pace with international developments in the field of the application of sanctions.

L’Algérie cherche a développer le système punitif à travers le développement du processus de mise en oeuvre punitive en suivant des méthodes visant à atteindre ses objectifs de fournir au condamné des soins sociaux et de santé , ainsi que de recevoir des programmes disciplinaires et correctifs tels que l’évaluation du travail , comme la libération conditionnelle et d’autres systèmes , et cela a été confirmé par la règle 66 de l’ensemble des règles minimales pour le traitement des détenus , et ainsi l’Algérie suit le rythme des développements internationaux dans le domaine de la mise en oeuvre punitive
