تتعرض هذه الدراسة للإطار القانوني الجزائري المنظم لاستقبال أحكام التحكيم الدولي، و البحث عن ما إذا كان هذا الإطار و راء تخوف الأطراف الأجنبية للمجيء للجزائر لطلب تنفيذ أحكام التحكيم.
لذلك سنتطرق إلى مختلف المسائل التي تطرح في هذا المجال عبر دراسة نظم الاعتراف و تنفيذ أحكام التحكيم(1)، و كذا كيفية تنظيم المشرع الجزائري لطرق الطعن في أحكام التحكيم الدولية عن طريق استبعاده لبعض طرق الطعن التقليدية، و اعتماده لطرق أخرى تستجيب لخصوصية التحكيم التجاري الدولي (2)
Abstract EN
This survey examines the algerian legal framework regulating the reception of international arbitration awards, and seek whether this framework is behind the fears of foreign parties to come to Algeria for requesting the enforcement of arbitration awards.
We will deal with the various points relating to this field via studying the recognition systems, enforcement of arbitration awards (1), and the ways the international arbitration awards can be appealed according to the algerian legislator through eliminating some traditional ways of appeal, and adopting ways of appeal that suit the specificity of international commercial arbitration (2).

La présente étude traite le cadre juridique algérien organisant l’accueil des sentences arbitrales internationales, et cherche si ce cadre est derrière les réticences manifestées par les operateurs étranges pour venir demander l’exequatur en Algérie.
A cet effet, nous allons aborder les différentes questions suscitées par la matière à travers l’étude des systèmes de reconnaissance et d’exequatur des sentences (1), ainsi que le régime particulier des voies de recours contre les sentences arbitrales que le législateur algérien a adoptées par l’exclusion de certaines voies de recours dites classiques et le retient d’autres voies spécifiques aux sentences d’arbitrage international (2).
