The biological revolution brought about many changes that affected all aspects of man, perhaps one the most important contemporary topics in the genetic field is the issue of eugenics (improving the genetic traits of humans),which is considered one of the most prominent issues that have received wide resonance in humans thought ,as its importance lies in the first place as a scientific topic represented in the application of human genetics to social problems promising prospects were opened for contemporary man by improving his life by modifying his genetic genes and treating and repairing genetic defects and diseases however, it bears another crack because it is philosophical issue about the extent of its value and moral implications, resulting in scientific and other philosophical problems of a value nature.
