Abstract EN

The research aims to identify both crisis management strategies and job performance in the research community and to determine the nature of the relationship between the two variables.

The descriptive analytical method was used in this research.

The research community consists of a group of professors and employees from the college of Arts at Al-Mustansiriya University, with total number of (79) professors and employees.

Only (4) forms were excluded due to their lack of validity.

Thus, the number of forms approved in the analysis was (75) forms, and the research questionnaires was designed based on previous studies related to the research subject, and the statistical program (SPSS) was used, and the most important results of the research are the existence of a correlation and a significant relationship between the use of crisis management strategies and job performance.
