The global oil Market is characterized by a wide range of uncertainty and many economic and political aspects overlap.

Studying the oil market and predicting its developments is not an easy matter and contains many complications.

The oil market needs an in – depth analysis to be able – even to a close extent – to predict the developments that many occur, especially with regard to prices.

This research deals with the demand for oil, reserves, and global production for the period 2000 – 2018 and their implications for world oil prices.

One of the most important conclusions of this research is that the developed countries have maintained their share of global demand during the mentioned period.

while global oil production increased from (65.8) million in 2000 to( 75.8)million barrels per day in 2018 ( an increase of 15.2% and an annual increase rate of 0.78), but the demand by developed countries increased from ( 47.
