Abstract EN

In the context of improving the quality of higher education and scientific research, Algeria has sought - and within the implementation of the LMD system and keeping pace with the changes taking place - to adopt a set of policies, including the policy of training for new teachers.

We have dealt with this issue not for the purpose of introducing the training process, rather it is a projection of this term on the Algerian society, especially in the university field, as a new policy that Algeria has recently adopted to enable the achievement of high scientific and pedagogical training, and to know its importance and role in raising the performance of the university professor within the new educational system.

On the one hand, and on the other hand, highlighting its importance for the university and university achievement in itself as a development policy to keep pace with the current stage, given that higher education is linked to the various transformations and changes that the Algerian society is witnessing.
