Abstract EN

This study aimed at examining the relationship between internet addiction and loneliness among a sample of students in department of psychology in university M'sila, and gender differences in Internet addiction and lonelinessResearcher relied on the descriptive method in this study, and study sample consisted of (69) students (33) males and (36) females from univ of M'sila.

Two scales were used: the sense of loneliness scale and Internet addiction scale.

The study revealed the following results: -The level of Internet addiction among students is high -The level of psychological unity among the students is high -There is non-statistically significant relationship between Internet addiction and loneliness.

-There is non-statistically significant differences between males and females in Internet addiction.

-There is non-statistically significant differences between males and females loneliness.
