The new corona virus since its first appearance, and legal jurists differed about its nature and legal adaptation ; this is in order to determine the applicable legal rules, and try to find the appropriate provision for such an incident, especially in light of the repercussions and effects that resulted from this virus, which led to the occurrence of a lot of disturbances, as well as the almost complete disruption of the global economy, thus the implementation of most transactions and contracts were affected.
