Abstract EN

The healthcare sector is among the pioneers which worked on developing its services, and this is done through establishing platforms that contributed in the emergence of electronic healthcare, therefore, we distributed an online questionnaire to reveal the efficiency of three online platforms and its role in fighting the pandemic in Algeria from the platform users` point of view.

the results were analyzed by using SPSS statistical program version 23.

at the end of the study, we confirmed that despite the benefits available in online platforms, however, the reality of using such platforms is neglected by citizens and this decreases its efficiency in fighting the pandemic.

the healthcare sector is not ready yet to be transformed towards a completely numerical system for the mean time.
