The Algerian university has adopted a new type of education represented in electronic education because of its importance in the educational process, and this study seeks to reveal the reality of the university professor’s practice of this technology and what are the factors that intervene in order to establish this type of education through a field study at the university of Ghardaia and we have chosen a sample of the professors by the questionnaire tool and employed.

the quantitative analytical approach, and the study concluded that a faculty member should be trained for this type of education in addition to the prominent role of the administration in encouraging teachers and providing the appropriate environment for the application of e-learning.
