Abstract AR
نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى دراسة دور الإدارة الاستراتيجية للموارد البشرية في تنمية الكفاءات، بحيث شمل البحث إطار نظري تناولنا فيه أهم المفاهيم المرتبطة بالموضوع محل الدراسة، وجانب تطبيقي اعتمدنا فيه على استمارة استبيان وزعت على عمال شركة كهرباء الجزائر بمدينة تموشنت، وتمت معالجة البيانات بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS V 20.
توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج القيمة التي أكدت على أهمية الإدارة الاستراتيجية للموارد البشرية في تنمية الكفاءات في المؤسسة محل الدراسة من خلال تخطيط الموارد البشرية وتسيير المعرفة وكذا تسيير الجودة الشاملة.
Abstract EN
The study aimed to show the role of strategic human resource management in developing competencies.
in which it contained theoretical part; explained the main conceptions of the study; and practical part based on questionnaire distributed to the employees of the electricity company in Ain Temouchent, where the data was treated by using SPSS V 20.
the results of the study confirmed that strategic management of human resources has an important role in the development of efficiency individuals at the company concerned with this study.
that is done through the human resource planning, knowledge management and total quality management.
