Abstract EN

The study aimed at knowing the impact of continuous improvement as an entrance to the total quality management on the strategic performance of the Algeria telecom corporation Tissemsilt unit, in order to achieve the objective of this study 30 questionnaires, valid for treatment, were used out of the 40 distributed ones.

by analyzing and discussing data and testing hypotheses using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program, the study reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant relationship between continuous improvement and strategic performance in its three dimensions (internal processes, growth and learning, and clients).
