تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على مدى تأثر الحريات الأساسية و نجاعة الحماية القضائية المقررة لها في الجزائر بانتشار جائحة كورونا (كوفيد-19)، فهذه الحريات الأساسية و إن تم تقييد بعضها من طرف السلطات العمومية بحجة مجابهة هذا الظرف الصحي الاستثنائي، فإن الحماية القضائية المقررة لها على سبيل الاستعجال تبقى قائمة حتى في ظل هذا الظرف و إن شابها بعض أوجه القصور التي تعلقت بقواعد هذه الحماية القضائية مقارنة بما هو عليه الوضع في النظم المقارنة، مع إمكانية التعويض لكل من تضرر من جراء هذه التدابير الضبطية المتخذة.
Abstract EN
The purpose of this research paper is to highlight the extent to which fundamental freedoms and the effectiveness of judicial protection established in Algeria are affected by the proliferation of COVID 19.
while some of the sefundamentalfreedoms have been restricted by the public authorities on the pretext of confrontingthisexceptionalhealthcondition, thejudicial protection provided for them as a matter of urgencystillexists, evenunderthiscircumstance, even if there are someshortcomingsrelated to the rules of this judicial protection compared to the situation in comparable systems, with the possibility of compensation for anypersonwho has been affected by thesemeasures of control.

Le but de ce document de recherche est de souligner la mesure dans laquelle les libertés fondamentales et l’efficacité de la protection judiciaire établie en Algérie sont touchées par la prolifération de la COVID-19.
Alors que certaines de ces libertés fondamentales ont été restreintes par les pouvoirs publics sous prétexte de faire face à cette condition sanitaire exceptionnelle, même s’il y a quelques lacunes liées aux règles de cette protection judiciaire par rapport à la situation dans des systems comparables, avec la possibilité d’une indemnisation pour toute personne qui a été affectée par ces mesures de contrôle.
