هدفت الدراسة لقياس الكفاءة النسبية لشركات التأمين على الأشخاص الناشطة في السوق الجزائري خلال السنة 2020 و المتمثل عددها في ثمانية شركات من مختلف الأشكال القانونية.
و قد اعتمدنا خلال هذه الدراسة على أسلوب تحليل مغلف البيانات ذو التوجه الإخراجي و الادخالي لقياس مدى كفاءة هذه الشركات أين تم اعتماد المصاريف العامة و الملاءة المالية كمدخلات و الإنتاج و التعويضات كمخرجات.
أظهرت النتائج أن شركة AGLIC فقط تحقق كفاءة تامة خلال سنة 2020 ما يعادل نسبة 12.5 بالمائة من العينة المدروسة.
في حين شركتين (le mutualiste و caarama) حققتا الكفاءة التقنية لا غير و باقي العينة كانت الشركات غير كفؤة، الأمر الذي يستوجب اهتمام أكبر من الدولة لهذا الفرع من التامين من أجل تحقيق مستويات كفاءة مقبولة لهذه الشركات و دفعها لتأمين هامش الملاءة المطلوب.
Abstract EN
The study aimed to measure the relative efficiency of insurance companies on the people active in the Algerian market during the year 2020, which is represented in eight companies of various legal forms.

the results showed that only aglic achieved complete efficiency during the year 2020, equivalent to 12.5 percent of the studied sample.
while two companies (le mutualiste and caarama) achieved only technical efficiency, and the rest of the sample was inefficient, which requires greater attention from the state for this branch of insurance in order to achieve acceptable levels of efficiency for these companies and pay them to secure the required solvency margin.
