This study sought to determine the role of training and its impact on the performance of the workers of the social security institution for the wage-earners Adrar branch, and to achieve the objectives of the study we dropped this study in the field on a sample of the social security institution for the procedure, and for the purpose of collecting data was distributed questionnaire to a sample of the 80 members of the institution where the program SPSS was used to analyze the data of the questionnaire based on statistical tools such as average, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, contrast analysis, and other tests.

the study found a set of results, the most prominent of which were : there is a statistically significant relationship between the design of the training program and the performance of the social security institution employees for the procedure at the level of 0.05.
