This study focused on applying gel electrophoresis parameter as primary indicator to estimate and to pursue the approximate growth stage of the variable ovarian samples of buffalos.

several buffalo ovaries were taken from the local slaughter houses.

different positions of ovarian cells were isolated from each ovary.

samples were subjected to electrophoresis on denaturing polyacrylamide gel.

optimizations were taken place in matter of proteins concentration and staining techniques.

several ovarian bands were resolved and the monitoring of the resulting protein profile was taken place.
