The aim of the current research is to identify 1.

Systemic thinking among kindergarten teachers.

Differences in thinking among kindergarten teachers according to the variables of service duration and academic achievement.

Social persuasion among kindergarten teachers.

Differences in social persuasion among kindergarten teachers according to the variable of service duration and academic achievement 5.

The relationship between systemic thinking and social persuasion among female teachers Kindergarten.

6.

The period of the contribution of systemic thinking to social persuasion among kindergarten teachers.

The 1999 Mustaf Scale of Social Persuasion, which is based on Albert Bandura's theory in its construction, and consists of (25) items.

The two tools were applied to a sample of 400 kindergarten teachers in the Rusafa First, Second and Third Education Directorate for the academic year 2020-2021.

The sample was chosen by a simple random method and using Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) The researcher reached the following results: 1.

Kindergarten teachers enjoy systemic thinking 2.

There are differences between kindergarten teachers in the length of service in favor of the period from (5-10 years) and academic achievement in favor of the Institute compared to the bachelor's and in favor of the bachelor compared to the master) for systemic thinking 3 Kindergarten teachers enjoy social persuasion 4.

There are differences between kindergarten teachers in (duration of service in favor of the period from 5-10 years and academic achievement in favor of the institute compared to the bachelor's and in favor of the bachelor compared to the master's for social persuasion).

And the proposals, including: Recommendations Based on the findings of the research, the researcher recommends: 1.

Work to strengthen the relationship of kindergarten teachers with the child through incentives and incentive rewards that increase their systemic thinking in the future 2.

Directing the Ministry of Education to schools in the necessity to take into account the satisfaction of the needs of teachers through the social context And the educational context for forming positive beliefs about social persuasion The proposals.
