Abstract EN

The current research aims to: 1- Building a computer thinking test for university students.2- Measuring computer thinking among university students.3- Identify the significance of the differences in the degrees of computer thinking among the sample members according to the sex variables (male - female) and specialization (scientific – human).

In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher selected a sample of (400) male and female students who were chosen by the simple random method, and the researcher built the research tool (computer thinking test), and after completing the procedures for building a computer thinking test (34) paragraphs, the researcher applied the test to the research sample, After the statistical treatment represented by using the statistical bag (SPSS), the researcher reached the following results: 1- University students have computational thinking.2- There are differences in the level of computational thinking according to the gender variable and in favor of males.3- There is a difference in the level of computational thinking according to the variable of specialization and in favor of the scientific specialization.
