The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between self-marketing and divergent thinking among university teachers according to the variables (gender and specialization).

The research sample included (400) teaching and teaching staff, and in order to verify the research objectives, the researcher describes the two tools of his research and then ascertains the psychometric characteristics: honesty, consistency, Distinctive connotations "are applied to the members of the research sample, and after processing the data using the SPSS statistical bag, the researcher arrives at the following results: The sample enjoys a high level of self-marketing and divergent thinking, and there are no differences between the sample members on the two tools according to the variables (gender and specialization) and based on the results of the research, the researcher came up with a number of recommendations and proposals.
