The current research aims to identifying: -1- Degree of fun intelligence among kindergarten teachers.2- Degree of professional performance among kindergarten teachers.3- The correlation between the fun intelligence and professional performance of kindergarten teachers.
The research's sample is limited to government kindergarten teachers in the General Directorate of Education of the second Rusafa for the academic year 2018-2019.
The tool of the research consists of two measures, the first one is (fun intelligence) and the second scale is (professional performance) for the kindergarten teacher.
The tool is applied to a sample of (115) teachers, and after processing the data statistically, the researcher has reached the most important results: - Kindergarten teachers have a funny intelligence.
- Kindergarten teachers have good professional performance.
- The lack of a correlation between fun intelligence and the level of professional performance of kindergarten teachers.
