The study aims to apply the pragmatics approach to the science of budaiya to reveal the intents of al-zamakhshari from employing the methods of budaiya away from the traditional view that restricts his function to improvement.

Maqamat al-zamakhshari is a serious preaching discourse that expresses several intents, the most important of which is the guiding educational purposes which aims to influence the addressee, There fore he resorted toemploying budaiya methods contrastive, repetitive, and prolixe in order to feed linguistic structures with improved and argumentative levels, It's the effective use of procedures of a pragmatics nature that lead to the action in the addressee.
