Abstract EN

Cultural criticism is one of the new trends and styles that came as a result to Western postmodernism.

It has made a way into contemporary Algerian criticism through the studies of some critics and researchers, among which are two prominent university researchers: Hafnaoui Baali and Wahid Ben Bouaziz.

This study sheds light upon some of their studies for the sake of tracing the characteristics of Algerian cultural and critical discourse at the level of theory and practice.
