Two new features of the term secularism which he called for adopting and adopting, which is secularism of an epistemological nature, which made it the exception among contemporary Arab thinkers in that it emerged from the bipolarity prevailing in the contemporary Arab intellectual arena between the absolute acceptance of the term as it is or the absolute rejection and exclusion of it.
