Abstract EN
The criminal procedure is indispensable in every crime.
It is the link between the perpetration of the crime and the punishment of the perpetrator for fulfilling the right of the state to sanction it.
Therefore, it is one of the most important means used by the state.
The legislator must strike a balance between two competing interests.
The other objective is the interest of the community in existence and the right to freedom in its freedom.
The main objective that the legislator seeks to achieve through the rules of criminal procedure is to work towards achieving this balance between the interest of the group in punishment and the interest of the vulgate in defending itself.
Slow and fast Actions taken in the stages of the criminal case are proportional in terms of interest accruing from the signing of the punishment for the perpetrator of the crime.
