The electronic contract via the Internet does not differ from the traditional contract because both of them concludes by agreement between at least two persons, each expressing his will to achieve legal effects.

The link between wills is the cornerstone of the contract in which the essential issues are determined, concluding contracts via internet has had a prominent effect in imparting a privacy to the electronic contract, especially to the existence of the will and its expression, which is imprinted with the electronic feature.

Electronic offer via the Internet, in addition to being subject to the provisions of general rules, is attracted by a set of other laws such as laws on transactions, e-commerce and consumer protection laws.

This feature made it raise a set of qualitative problems, especially those related to how it was issued, the language of its issuance, and its mixing with many similar systems.
