Abstract EN

Since the sixties of the twentieth century, Yemen has tried to attract investments through adoption of number of mechanisms as: stimulating investment capitals, doing facilitate for them and working on implementing reform programs, beside economic and legislative restructurings that all aim at creating a suitable environment for investment polarization, but those mechanics did not achieve the desired goal for winning the bet, because of many obstacles that prevented them.

For that, we will spot light on those obstacles through qualification some Yemeni economic published indexes.

The main goals of this study is clarified those investment obstacles through real reading and analyzing some Yemeni economic statistics, using of descriptive method to get out its impact upon the structure of Yemeni economic system through the set of final findings that are extracted at the end of this paper.
