This study aims to study the problematic adoption of the concept of knowledge management in different organizations to develop their human capital in terms of intellectual and mental Which helps to provide better work, as the acquisition of intellectual capital will inevitably lead to creativity at work through the creation and adoption of new ideas and advanced strategies through the exploitation of intellectual and mental skills.

Through this study, we came to the conclusion that organizations' possession of human capital with a high degree of knowledge enables them to achieve a competitive advantage over their competitors as a result of their creativity in what they offer to the external environment compared to competitors.
