Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the nature and degree of correlation between social intelligence and classroom management skills of a sample of teachers of primary education in the state of Setif, and the sample included 98 teachers of primary education who were chosen randomly.

Success, especially in the primary stage, and two scales were used to collect data, the measure of social intelligence and the measure of classroom management skills, following the analytical descriptive research methodology using the descriptive approach in its correlative method by calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient to determine the degree and nature of the correlation between the two variables.

The study concluded that there is a positive, weak, statistically significant correlation between social intelligence and classroom management skills among teachers of primary education in the state of Setif.
