The research aimed to prepare complex exercises with training tools for forced disability in developing some physical abilities of volleyball on the members of his research sample, where the two researchers used the experimental method for its suitability and the nature of the research problem, and the research sample included (14), while the research community consists of the Anbar University team In volleyball, which totaled (14) players, and in order to implement the research steps, the assistant work team, under direct supervision by the two researchers, conducted a pre-test for the research sample and then the training curriculum was applied to the research group and then the post-test was conducted, and after presenting the results, analyzing and discussing them, it came to the conclusion that the combined exercises The used used helped in developing some physical abilities of volleyball on the individuals of the research sample, and the two researchers recommended making use of the training curriculum prepared in building similar training curricula to develop the physical abilities of volleyball and exercises similar to playing in the least time.
