The diffusion of cultural heritage is one of the priorities of cultural institutions, which play the role of heritage communication in large urban agglomerations, using traditional and new technological channels.

this work aims to define the basic concepts of "cultural heritage" and "NCT" then to provide an overview of the most effective channels for the diffusion of "cultural heritage", as a vital social resource and cultural product in a competitive and globalized context.
