يهدف هذا المقال إلى تحليل واقع الحكم الراشد في الجزائر.
سمحت لنا هاته الدراسة بالوقوف على فشل هذه الجهود في إرساء مبادئ الحكم الراشد، كون استفحال الفساد أنهك مؤسسات الدولة وزادها هشاشة، وانعكس ذلك في مؤشرات الحكم الراشد الصادرة عن الهيئات الدولية على غرار البنك الدولي.
Abstract EN
This article aims to analyse the reality of governance in Algeria.
the results of this study revealed the failure of the efforts spent to establish principles of good governance because of the wide spread of corruption amongst governmental institutions, which wore out its main frameworks.
this is reflected in the governance criteria established by international organizations, unlike the world bank.
