يهدف هذا البحث لقياس تغير إنتاجية القطاع السياحي في دول شمال إفريقيا باستخدام مؤشر مالمكويست، الذي يقيس الإنتاجية الكلية من خلال تقسيمها إلى عاملي التغير في الكفاءة و التغير التقني من أجل تحديد العامل المؤثر في تغير الإنتاجية الكلية.
وقد بينت النتائج أن إنتاجية القطاع السياحي بدول شمال إفريقيا تتأثر بالتغير التقني أكثر من عامل التغير في الكفاءة، و عرف نموها تذبذبا واضحا خلال فترة الدراسة التي امتدت من سنة 2010 حتى سنة 2017، نظرا للظروف التي عايشتها هذه البلدان، كما أن القطاع السياحي بالجزائر حقق معدل النمو الأضعف في الإنتاجية مقارنة ببقية البلدان و كان نمو السياحة في مصر هو الأحسن
Abstract EN
This researchaims to measure the change productivity of the tourismsector in NorthAfrican countries usingMalmquist Index, whichmeasures total productivity by dividingtheminto change in efficiency and technical change, to determine the factor influencingits change.
The resultsshowedthat the productivity of tourismsector in NorthAfrican countries isaffected by the tichnical change more than the change in efficiency, and theirgrowthknew a clear fluctuation during the studyperiodwhichlastedfrom 2010 to 2017, because of the conditions experienced by these countries, and that the tourismsector in Algeriaachieved the weakestgrowth rate in productivitycompared to other countries and growth of tourism in Egyptwas the best.
