Abstract EN

Sport is considired as one of the basic needs within society.

this prompted many countries to search for a legal framework to regulate it.

Algeria, like other countries, has sought to regulate this field by issuing an arsenal of laws from independence to the present days.

the latest one was law N° 13-05 dated on July 23rd, 2013 related to regulating and developing sports and physical activities.

this study aims at shedding light on a set of laws which regulate the right to practise sport in the Algerian legislation.
