Abstract EN

This research included the study and investigation of a poem consisting of (260) verses.

It includs sixty- nine (69) topics in Quran recitation, entitled: (Omdat Elerfan Fe Wasf Huroof ElQuran) - The mayor of gratitude in the description of Quran letters.

written by the Sheikh of the reciters of his time: Humd Allah Bin Khair Adden Alkhateeb.(died 983 AH), which he wrote because of what he saw reciters pretending in pronunciation and performance, with a loss of qualities and disregard for the rights and utterance of letters, so he proceeded with this poem to clarify in it the origins of the letters of the Qur’an and its attributes, and to assign to each letter an exact attribute.

Then he dedicated it to Sultan Suleiman Khan Alqanuni whose rule extended between (926- 974 AH).

In addition, thus appeared the poet's clear interest in Qur’an, and how should be performed correctly.

There are six compilations were attributed to him by the sources that knew him.

I mentioned in the study others that they did not come across.

In addition to his distinction in writing five scientific poems, all in the service of the Holy Qur’an.

The research included an introduction and two sections, first: a study on three topics: the first research : Introducing the poet, I elucidate his name, nickname, school of fikh (Islamic jurisprudence), his death, his scientific rank and his compilations.

The second research: introducing the poem.

Finally, the last one of the three researches: is in the description of the manuscript.

In addition, the second part: was about the investigation of the poem, And Allah made it easy to produce it by comparing five manuscripts, with the benefit of four copies of the author's explanation, which he wrote in the Ottoman language and its verses in Arabic.

In the conclusion of the research, I recommended translating it, and investigating the rest of the poems written by Alkhateeb after this one.

I also suggested establishing a translation center from the Ottoman language in which many useful scientific manuscripts were written during the period in which the author lived (may Allah have mercy on him).
