Abstract EN

This study aimed to measure the impact of the use of information technology on the management of human resources in the Hodna Mills Corporation, Riyadh, Setif, using the questionnaire method according to an appropriate statistical analysis.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that information technology comes with facilities and advantages that serve the human resource and thus improve its performance in the organization and it is greatly affected by it, and the level of information technology in the organization is acceptable, but taking advantage of the latter did not live up to the required level.
