تهدف هاته الورقة البحثية للتعرف على تطورات أسعار العملات المشفرة منذ ظهورها في الأسواق المالية و التعرف على العوامل التي تتسبب في تغير قيمتها، وقد حاولنا الإجابة على الإشكالية التي تسعى للتعرف على تطورات قيم أسعار هذه العملات و معرفة عوامل و أسباب تغير قيمتها.
وقد برزت هذه العملات نتاجا للتكنولوجيا المالية فصنعت لنفسها مكانة بين باقي العملات الأخرى نظرا للطلب الكبير عليها ولما تتميز به من مرونة وحرية للمتعاملين بها، و من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أنها لم تعرف استقرارا في قيمتها منذ ظهورها فقد أثارت جدلا واسعا بين صناع القرار وواضعي السياسات بين مؤيد و معارض فلم تحز على اعترافهم
Abstract EN
This research paper is aimed at identifying developments in the prices of Cryptocurrency since they appeared in financial markets and to identify the factors that cause theme to change their value.
we have tried to respond to the problems that seek to identify developments in the values of these currencies and to see the factors and causes of the changes in their value, These currencies have emerged as a product of financial technology and have made themselves a place among other currencies because of their high demand, flexibility and freedom.
One of the most important results is that they have not been stable in value since their emergence.
They have generated a wide debate among decision makers and policymakers among supporters and opponents.
